With the ever growing concerns over children’s fitness and obesity, Freestyle360 have introduced a fitness class designed for teenagers that are fun and effective, encouraging teenagers to focus on both weight training (improving strength whilst ensuring correct form) and cardiovascular training to help with fitness and/or weight loss. The exercises will be aimed at all levels and can be scaled up or down according to ability. Tim also offers Personal Training for Teenagers on Monday at 5:30pm. This covers 3-4 teenagers per session and involves specific Personal Training focussing more on the goals of the individuals. The cost for this training is higher at £10.00 per child as we limit numbers to a maximum of 4 to ensure a more tailored session.
We also have our holiday 360 Fitness Academy where children as young as 5 years can come and take part.
We also do 360Kids Parties out on the Mud course, we can combine these with other fun activities too such as a spin class or some pad boxing, just email us to find our more!

What are 360 Kids Camps?
Our 360 Kids Camps have been designed by a former Camp America Sports Director and are run by our 360 trainers. With something for every child there is no need to worry about being the fittest or fastest, it is all about taking part, being part of a team and most importantly having FUN!
Activities vary and we base ourselves outside when the weather allows so the children have plenty of space to burn off that excess energy, we also use the indoor studio for some games and exercises. Children have the opportunity to increase confidence, coordination, flexibility and general strength and fitness.
We finish the day with a run around the 360 Mud Obstacle course so we do warn parents to bring a change of clothes as they often get rather muddy!
Pad Box, Frisbee Games, Obstacle Fun, Mud Run, Olympic Games, Tag Rugby, Netball, Rounders, Wet Weather Games, Gymnastics, Boot Camp Team games such as ‘Capture the Flag!’, and much more!
