Sunday 23rd April – 360 10k (Affiliated) and 5k family fun run (unaffiliated)

Thanks to everyone who came and ran our 5k and 10k on the 23rd April. We so were lucky once again with the weather. It really is a beautiful route so don’t forget our next 10k on the 17th September.

A reminder that our popular netball classes are now on every Tuesday at 5.30pm. Open to everyone aged 11 plus.

New Timetable

Don’t forget that we have an additional early morning spin on Mondays 6.15-7am to start your week off on a good note!

Bootcamps

Also, don’t forget our Monday bootcamps are back. 9am each Monday for 2 hours. Steve will be mixing it up with a combination of cardio, strength and core/ stretch exercises.

Today was 30 minutes each of Ball Slam, Bodyweight HIIT, Spin and Core & Stretch!

£5 per half hour class or £15 for all four. £10 for members.

Kids in the gym – new policy

We have received a number of enquiries recently relating to children in the gym so we feel it is appropriate to remind everyone of our policy regarding children:

Aged 13 and under – all children to be accompanied by an adult (parent or trainer)

Aged 14-16 – children may workout unaccompanied providing we hold a disclaimer signed by their parent/ carer. Please ask for a disclaimer if you would like your child to train unaccompanied.

Aged over 16 – free to train unaccompanied

Team 360 successes

Congratulations to all of our amazing runners this month :

Susan Hunt – for completing the London marathon in an incredible 3 hours and 41 minutes.

Ollie Lincoln for running his first (and probably last!) marathon in the Shakespeare’s event.

Jemma King for achieving her half marathon PB also in the Shakespeare’s event.

Viv D’Alton for a fantastic run (2nd in her age group) in the Angels 10k Run.

Do let us know if you have been up to anything recently or have any events coming up as we love to give a shout out for your successes.

That’s all folks! See you at the Endurance Games!
