Back to Basics
As mentioned in our last newsletter, now that we have been up and running for 3 years, we are launching our ‘Back to Basics’ campaign or ‘B2B’. This is all about taking some time to focus on getting the basics right; making sure our staff are trained effectively and giving you the right level of support, ensuring our customer service is second to none, our equipment is up to date and well-maintained, our gym is clean, tidy and welcoming and our systems are easy to use.
As part of this campaign we are excited to announce our new gym management system ‘GLOFOX’ which will be phased in from January. A separate email will be sent on this so please do look out for it as it will share some important information. There will be a couple of actions we will require of you but we can assure you it will be worth it as the new system will allow easy contact and bookings through our very own Freestyle 360 app.
Our winter timetable incorporating new classes will be effective from Tuesday January 2nd. The timetable is available in reception now or you can download a copy from our website www.freestyle360.co.uk
Taster Day – Tuesday January 9th
As part of our new timetable launch we are offering a free taster day (morning) where we will have a number of classes, both new and revised in 30 minute slots. Why not come along and stay for one, two or the whole lot! See posters for more information.
Spin for Free!
During January we are offering a free spin class to everyone! So if you’ve wondered what spinning is all about or you already spin but fancy bringing a friend, now’s the time to book!
Saturday Boxing is back!
Our popular Saturday boxing will be relaunched in January led by former British Lightweight champion Tom Baker. Open to men and women of all abilities this is sure to be one of our most popular classes. See posters for more information.
With the kids off school for a few weeks over the festive period, don’t forget our teenager circuits based class every Thursday at 5.30pm. Tim also has PT for 3-4 teenagers each Monday at 5.30pm. Please book your sessions by emailing Tim email@example.com
Team 360 successes
It’s a quiet month for shout outs but we do have a few who aren’t going to let some winter weather get in the way of competitions! Congratulations to:
- Viv D’Alton for setting yet another PB in the Broadway half marathon.
- Ginny Hudson for being crowned 2017 Ladies Champion in the Middle Distance League of the NGOC (North Gloucester Orienteering Club). If anyone is interested in joining in please do let Rachel or Kia know and we’ll pass your details on – Ginny assures us it is great fun!
- Scott Edgeworth winning the Forest of Dean Winter Downhill Series Round 1 Masters category 30-40 Mountain Biking!
- Our very own Tim Rew coming 6th at the Junior British Powerlifting Championships during November.
Well done everyone! Do let us know if you have been up to anything recently or have any events coming up.
Tim would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support during 2017 and from all of us at 360 we wish you a very merry Christmas and a fit & healthy 2018!
