Weds 28th June – Saturday 1st July – ‘The Craic’ Cycle Tour Cork to Dublin

We are busy booking our hotels for our Ireland Cycle Trip so if you haven’t already paid your £350 deposit, please do so now.

If you haven’t yet booked your place, we can add you to the tour if you are quick! The journey from Cork to Dublin takes in some stunning scenery across the east coast of Ireland including the Wicklow mountains and covers approximately 200 miles over 3 days. You will be given full support and a training plan to get you up to speed so newbies are very much welcomed. The cost will be £799 per person and this includes pretty much everything apart from flights.

Email to register or for more information.

Xabia 2017 – Cycle Tour (21st-25th Sept) and Beachcamp (26th-1st Oct)!

Tim is currently researching our exciting September Spanish trips. As always we will be running our 5 day Xabia Beachcamp. This will be our 8th trip to the fabulous resort of Xabia and it just gets better and better each year. Running, cycling, paddle-boarding, swimming, mountain hiking, beach workouts, volleyball, paddle tennis, basketball, there really is something for everyone and all levels can be accommodated so what’s stopping you?

This year we are mixing it up a little and also offering a Xabia cycle tour! Flying out on Thurs 21st Sept we will have 3 full days of cycling around the beautiful Marina Alta on organised cycle trips before flying home on the Monday. If you are not familiar with the area, rest assured it is absolutely stunning and different routes will be planned to ensure that novices or nervous riders can go at their own pace yet the more accomplished riders will feel tested. Full training plans will be given out so, again, beginners are welcome!

Costing of both trips will be announced soon. If you would like to be involved in both trips (totalling 10 days) a discounted price will be available.

Please email if you are interested in either (or both!) trips.

Other 360 News…

At last we now have our own defibrillator here at 360 and Tim is joking that he can now push us even harder! Jokes aside, we hope we never ever have to use it but it is reassuring to know that it is here just in case.

In the event of anyone having a suspected cardiac arrest, please seek immediate assistance from a member of staff as they have all been trained in how to use the equipment. However, it should be pointed out that, once opened, the defibrillator will talk you through the steps required so, if you can’t immediately locate a staff member or if it is the staff member having the cardiac arrest, then don’t hesitate, use it! It will be located in the gym on the wall outside of the PT office.

Don’t forget that we have a new yoga teacher, Alex Belcourt, running classes here at 10.30am on Tuesdays. Alex would like to offer newbies their first session free so if you haven’t tried it before, why not give it a go?

Focus Groups – volunteers needed!

We will be holding some focus groups shortly to find out what our members want. We are looking for volunteers who are happy to give us an hour or so of their time to provide open and honest feedback. If you are interested, please let Rachel

Altitude Training

So our new ‘Altitude Platform’ is almost ready to roll! We have three pieces of cardio equipment on the platform which you can use in conjunction with our personal hypoxic training to really maximise your fitness, speed, endurance & recovery. This type of training is used across the world by many top athletes and we consider ourselves to be incredibly fortunate to be able to offer it here at Freestyle 360.

Sessions are £15 per hour booked in blocks of 12 at £180 (2 sessions with a Personal Trainer and 10 training sessions). You will also need to buy your own personal mask at £30.

Alternatively speak to your personal trainer if you would like to include Altitude Training as part of your normal PT sessions.

If you are interested, please email for more information.

Please note that we have to give priority for the equipment on the platform to those who have signed up for Altitude Training. However, if the equipment is not being used feel free to jump on!
