Sports and Remedial Massage

We offer a wide range of sport and remedial massages at Freestyle 360, not only to those with specific problems or injuries that need treating but others who may have aches and pains or postural issues and want to keep themselves mobile, active and keep physically healthy.

Matt, our Sports and Remedial Massage Therapist uses a combination of different techniques to treat and help prevent injury, prepare for sporting events and maintain general physical/muscular health including:

• Specialist massage techniques
• Ultrasound therapy
• Athletic & Kinesiology Taping (for injuries & rehabilitation)
• NES miHealth device
• Acupuncture

Matt is a member of the ISRM (Institute of Sport and Remedial massage) and the SMA (Sports Massage Association)

Other Qualifications:

• BSC (Hons) in coaching and conditioning
• Level 5 Diploma in sport and remedial massage from the Oxford School of Sports Massage
• First Aid trainer

Prices:  1 Hour – £40         1/2 Hour – £25
